Did You Know...

Now Consider This...
A 2009 study from the American Dietetic Association reported that vegetarians (and vegans, most of all) tend to have a lower body mass index and "appear to have lower low-density lipoprotein ('bad' cholesterol) levels, lower blood pressure, and lower rates of hypertension and type 2 diabetes than nonvegetarians."
